Access Your Bank's Online Portal: Log into your bank's website or mobile app
Find Bill Pay Service: Look for "Bill Pay," "Pay Bills," or "Payments" in the main menu
Add New Payee: Click "Add Payee" or "Add New Bill" and enter:
- Payee Name: Manage369

- Account Number: Your property address or unit number
Set Payment Amount: Enter your monthly assessment amount
Schedule Payment: Choose one-time or recurring (recommended for monthly assessments)

Credit card and debit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee. ACH/eCheck payments from your bank account are processed free of charge. We recommend using ACH payments or Bank Bill Pay to avoid fees.

What happens if my payment is late?

Late fees vary by association and are outlined in your governing documents. Typically, payments received after the grace period incur late fees ranging from $25-$75, plus potential interest charges. Chronic late payments may result in collection actions.

How can I check my account balance and payment history?
