• Board support and administrative services
• Compliance management and regulatory oversight
• Communication services and resident relations
• Emergency response and maintenance coordination
• Consulting and transition services

3. User Responsibilities

Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Update your information as necessary
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Manage369 website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of this site is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Manage369 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or website. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
